Everyone has heard of the magical blue pill that can be taken to enhance erection performance, however, having a prescription filled is not always something one wants to or even must do. Yohimbine is a supplement for a better erection by blocking specific neurotransmitters in the brain. This releases nitric oxide within the body directly to the cavernosal nerves inside the penis. Yohimbine is collected from the bark of particular evergreen trees located in Western Africa.
L-Arginine, also known as arginine, is an amino acid supplement that is typically found in protein-rich foods, like meat, fish, and poultry. Essentially blood vessels expand, and blood flow increases when arginine enters our bodies. L-Arginine, combined with yohimbine, can create an excellent erection.
